Choice Community Management, Inc is excited to announce our new Homeowner and Board App! Now you can conveniently access your account via a mobile app. You will be able to:


- View and Update Account Information

- Make Online Payments

- View Association Documents

- Submit Architectural Requests

- View your Community Calendar

- And Keep Up with News about your Community


Please download the Choice CAM Homeowner and Board App for free today. Our app is available in both the iTunes Store for Apple devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices.



aNDROID INSTRUCTIONS





  1. For Android users locate and tap on the Google Play Store App
  2. Next, search for the CINC homeowner and board app in the search bar
  3. Click on the CINC Homeowner and Board App (DO NOT INSTALL)
  4. Once you get to this screen scroll all the way down (DO NOT DOWNLOAD)
  5. Tap on the Choice CAM Homeowner and Board App
  6. After installing and opening the Choice CAM Homeowner and Board app you will be taken to the home screen (shown below).
  7. If you already have registered on the website, please login with your existing credentials. Otherwise you will need to register – tap the “Register” button to start the registration process.


APPLE INSTRUCTIONS





  1. For Apple users – locate and tap the “Apple Store” app icon
  2. Next, tap the “Search” icon (bottom right)
  3. In the search bar – type CINC homeowner and board app
  4. Once you locate the CINC homeowner and board app has appeared – tap it (DO NOT DOWNLOAD)
  5. (DO NOT DOWNLOAD) – Scroll down to the bottom of the CINC Homeowner and Board App page and locate the area titled “More by CINC Systems”
  6. (DO NOT DOWNLOAD) – Scroll down to the bottom of the CINC Homeowner and Board App page and locate the area titled “More by CINC Systems”
  7. Next, tap the “Get” icon and download the Choice CAM Homeowner and Board app
  8. Once you download and open the app you will be taken to the Choice CAM Homeowner and Board app home screen (shown below).
  9. If you have already registered on the website, please login with your existing credentials. Otherwise you will need to register – tap the “Register” button to start the registration process.
